The following people may be refused to ride the hot air balloon by our balloon pilot, please consulateus before booking the flight:

The people who has hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, epilepsy or critical diseases warned bydoctor;

The people who elder than 75 years or younger than 3 years;

The people who are pregnancy or physically injury.

Since safety comes first, our balloon flight may be canceled if the weather is not suitable for flight such as rainy, windy or foggy days. In this case the ticket fee will be fully refunded.

The ticket will be 50% refunded if passenger canceled the flight 48hours in advance of the flight.
The ticket will be fully charged if passenger canceled the flight 24 hours in advanced of the flight orno shown before the pick up time.
